Cookie Policy

Last updated: 17 September 2026

This page explains what cookies and similar technologies our website currently uses, and how you can control them.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They're used for things like remembering your preferences, keeping you logged in, or understanding how a site is used.

What we currently use

As of the date at the top of this page, the FLO Studio website itself does not set any analytics or marketing cookies. The one thing that does run on our booking pages is our booking widget, provided by Cal.com — when you use it, Cal.com may set its own cookies to manage your booking session. These are covered by Cal.com's own cookie and privacy policies, not this one.

If that changes

If we add analytics (for example, to see which pages are popular) or marketing tools (for example, a Facebook or Google advertising pixel) in future, we'll update this page to list them, and — for anything that isn't strictly necessary or a first-party statistics tool covered by the UK's current cookie-consent exemptions — we'll ask for your consent with a cookie banner before those cookies are set.

How to control cookies

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Blocking all cookies may affect how well some parts of this site, or our booking widget, work.

Changes to this policy

We'll update this page whenever what we actually do with cookies changes.
